An Academical Computer Lab Assistance at the University of Maryland University College. In this worldwide distributed organization, we provided technical support for various labs within our district.
- Resolve or redirect questions and problems concerning hardware, network, and software.
- Maintain and troubleshoot computers and peripherals.
- White box integration testing, and system stress tests.
- Assist seniors with software distribution and client migration via Symantec Ghost.
- Install and update software.
- Ensure that hardware, peripherals and software are properly configured, and fully functional.
- Assist Students and Professors regarding technical issues, related to Windows and UNIX environments, and various desktop publishing software.
- Research and analysis on various software and technologies.
